Very often, initiatives are considered 'Done' when the main deliverables have been completed. Projects are defunded, the team dissolved, and the world goes back to ‘normal' - frequently without the handover needed to sustain the benefits beyond project close.

In our approach, we don’t consider our projects ready to be closed until whatever improvements brought by the project are fully documented, supported and transitioned to your day-to-day operations. With more than 20 years experience in technology and financial services, leading and managing teams and projects of varying sizes, Suzanne brings a wealth of hands-on Project and Change Management experience, and a unique perspective, having both Business and Technology backgrounds.

She spent many years working in the Information and Communications Technology consulting industry in the Caribbean, with many of the biggest firms in the region, acting as a trusted advisor to these institutions in the attainment of their goals and objectives. After migrating, she continued to work in project management for some of the leading Financial Institutions in Canada, on a wide range of business, technology and transformational projects.

She’s augmented her real-world experience with continuous learning, achieving multiple certifications in her field, including PMP®, Agile, CMP™, Scaled Agile, Lean and Six Sigma. She has lived many of the reasons that initiatives succeed or fail and is determined raise the calibre of Project and Change Management services available to organizations of all sizes.
